in other words, you didn’t ever brush your teeth just rinse with listerine everyday. i mean its suppose to kill plaque and gingivitis, so why even bother brushing or flossing?

It kills a lot of bacteria, but it doesn’t remove the crust that’s forming on your teeth. It’s not a substitute for brushing.
If you are going to pick just one or the other, you should brush.

I’m going to start having to use it tomorrow and I’m worried. There have been so many comments about how its painful, discoloring, and overall disgusting. Also, do you really have to put it directly in the holes of the wisdom teeth? I can’t even see mine because my mouth doesn’t open up that much! Thanks

It’s not painful, but it does taste absolutely disgusting and does discolor your teeth. The good news is that the discoloration is only temporary, a good professional cleaning at the dentist will take care of it. Good luck!
