For about the last 6 weeks I have had a very dry mouth, so much that I can’t sleep as much as I need to at night. I went to the doctor, she said that I actually had a lot of saliva in my mouth and my tests came back normal (I’m pretty sure she tested for diabetes, but not sure what else). I have tried biotene, but it really doesn’t do anything. I can’t remember if my sore and swollen throat occured at the same time, but I think it started later. I’ve also been having ear aches that are not due to an ear infection and are possibly from grinding my teeth at nigh. I’m not sure if that’s related at all, but I thought I would throw it in. Any idea as to what it is? Could it be an extreme reaction to allergies?
Based off of “Tom’s” original mouthwash which I love but is hard to find sometimes, they have a new kind out that I don’t care for. anyway, alcohol free withch hazel is preferable, but if you can’t find it just use the regular kind. Add more glycerine to make it sweeter, add more witch hazel and peppermint oil to make it stronger. I got my glycerine at Whole Foods and everything else at Wal-mart. Cost is about / bottle.
