The Whitening System contains a 4.2 ounce tube of Supersmile Professional Whitening Toothpaste as well as a 3.6 ounce tube of Supersmile Professional Whitening Accelerator. Used in conjunction, these two products will help to remove surface stains as well as deeper stains. Simply apply a pearl sized drop of toothpaste and accelerator on the same dry Supersmile 45° Ergonomic Toothbrush and brush for two minutes twice daily. You will discover that using the Supersmile 45° Ergonomic Toothbrush also has its benefits. No matter how you hold the brush, you will always be reaching your gum line at the correct – ADA recommended 45° brushing angle – therefore removing hard to reach stains and plaque between teeth and beneath the gum-line. Rinse the brush thoroughly after each use with warm water. To complete your regimen, just rinse thirty seconds with clinically developed Supersmile Whitening OralRinse to effectively eliminate the bacteria that can cause bad breath, help prevent the formation of plaque and assure long-lasting fresh breath.
I just asked this but i needed to add more detail and i felt that my question might of disappeared …
I got my wisdom tooth extracted 3-4 days ago. I feel no pain and no swelling. I looked in the mirror earlier and i saw some white stuff (possibly dead tissue?) inside the extraction site. I ignored it. I then looked at it several minutes later and this time, the white stuff covered the whole extraction area (inside out but not leaking out). The doctor gave me some chlorhexidine to rinse with so i used that. After i rinsed, i examined the site and the white tissue/puss was gone. Is this bacteria? is this normal? Because i do not feel any pain and i’ve been reading around and people are saying that this is completely normal as other are saying its an infection. Please. can a knowledgeable individual please tell me if this is normal and/or if this white stuff is bacteria…
I just want to make sure im healing properly. Before the white stuff surrounded the whole extraction area, i visited the dentist and they said its healing properly. But after i saw it surround the extraction site, i got alittle worried. Please, someone explain to me what is going on.

Is using Hydrogen Peroxide for mouthwash safe? I put a big bottle of it in the shower and while I’m showering I take a little bit in my mouth and swoosh it around.
Will this cause harm to my body? (obviously I don’t swallow it)
I know the Listerine Whitening is pre-brushing. Would it be okay if I use the ListerineAntiseptic mouthwash after I brush my teeth or is this too much?
Well thank you and come again, okay? See ya. Well, how do you like that? Thanks for the tip, mister! They make me so mad. What do they think this is, some kind of depression or something? You know, I haven’t had a decent tip all day. I mean a girl’s going to starve herself in this business. Say Harvey, you don’t think it’s my breath…? Yeah! It’s probably my breath! Got any mouthwash? Yeah! Use my Listerine. Ooh, Listerine, that strong stuff? Ah, it’s strong to last long, Louise. I don’t know. Besides, Listerine kills germs that can cause bad breath. Go on, give it a try. Okay, anything for a tip. (Hot Tar???) Hey Mister, thanks for the tip. Any time. Any time at all. With Listerineantiseptic. Kills germs. Lasts for hours.
